About

Got the day off, owe yourself a mental health day, or simply just need to spend some time investing in yourself? The answer is easy, join us for a bit of Bush Therapy!

Our mid week day walks are designed to give you that much needed break from the city, and the daily grind, and allow you the time to feel the sunshine and some fresh air. Amongst some stunning bushland scenery, you will socialise with a fantastic, and supportive, group of people who are all in need of a good old session of Bush Therapy just like yourself.

Join us on this delightful exploration of one of Melbourne's lesser known gorges, Anakie Gorge. The combination of great walking tracks combined with views, hills and flat walking make this a great all-rounder. This walk includes a number of spectacular lookouts, and some hill climbs making it a Grade 3 walk.

Anakie Gorge is an ancient rock formation with geologists estimating its formation was over 500 million years ago! With this in mind, you can believe us when we say the views on this look are nothing short of sensational.

Getting there: Located approximately an hours drive from Melbourne’s CBD, enter ‘Gorge Road, Staughton Vale, Victoria’ and look out for the Anakie Gorge Picnic Area.

Refunds will not be offered if you cancel less than 30 days out from the scheduled event. Under some circumstances a partial or full credit may be offered. Please see our terms and conditions for more details: http://takeshapeadventures.com.au/terms-and-conditions/
