"The Essentials Qi Gong Course Part One"

5 Week course

Includes videos, course notes and weekly classes.

Part One -
Brings all the fundamental Qi Gong philosophy, principles and practices. Primary warm ups & exercises, static and dynamic qi gong practices.

After the first class you will have all the tools you need to start your own home practice.

Week 1
Introduction to QI Gong principle and basic practices

Polarities and Primary Exercises Part One

Kidney Exercises and Primary Exercises Part 2

Week 4
Dynamic Qi Gong

Static Qi Gong
The breath and the mind in practice

Each week will include warm ups, practice, meditation and discussion.

Luke Anderson has been practising Qi Gong for 15 years and is versed in a number of teaching styles, training in China as well as with a master teacher in Australia. Luke's life passion and constant source of nourishment is his daily practice of Qi Gong, maintaining it whilst travelling, working and juggling family life.

The science of Qi Gong offers everyone a unique chance to embrace life in a more fulfilling way, developing and enriching intimacy with self and other.
