Come and experience the power and beauty of hundreds of women coming together for an evening of mass meditation in Melbourne on Tuesday, 17 April at the stunning space, the National Gallery of Victoria.

Presented by GirlInspo.com, Mindful Women will be a beautiful evening of sound meditation with native and melodic drums, chimes, crystals and Tibetan Singing bowls by Katie Underwood, and a gorgeous, ethereal guided meditation and visualisation by Tami Roos.

Tami Roos is an author, meditation facilitator and intuitive counsellor, who has implemented wonderful visualisation programs for the Sydney Swans and Melbourne Demons Football Clubs.

Katie Underwood is a remedial massage therapist, sound healer, singer, reiki practitioner and meditation teacher. She believes passionately in the transformative power of sound and meditation for healing. She holds a Diploma in Sound Therapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage, Reiki 1 & 2 and is certified as a meditation teacher with Melbourne Meditation Centre.
