I do the driving for you!
With a very small class of only 3 students this Landscape Photography workshop is an ideal way to develop at your own pace. This day long workshop can be tailored to your ability whether you are an absolute beginner trying to learn the basics or an advanced amateur looking to take their photography to the next level.
All courses start with the foundation aspects of photography to ensure you have a good understanding of shutter speed, aperture, ISO and focus. Hopefully I can show you just how simple photographic technique can be! Once you feel you are confident in your technique then we can move on to the more creative aspects of photography like lighting and composition. I highly recommend having a nice ND Filter in your kit.
*A Digital SLR and a sturdy tripod are essential!
*A wideangle lens
*An ND Filter is a must if you want to capture misty water. I do have some, but not in every size diameter of a lens.
*Waterproof or Warm clothes
*Walking boots or shoes (recommended)
*Gum Boots (optional)
We do have cameras and tripods for loan if you do not have one, but want to do this workshop.
Every single photography class we run is aimed at total beginners. So if you just received a camera for Christmas, this is going to suit you perfectly. So bring your digital camera and enjoy. This is a full day trip. I will drive you to Noojee Trestle Bridge and the Toorongo Falls and show you the best place to get photos.
Our meeting place is at the Cardinia Cultural Center at 9am. Address: 40 Lakeside Blvd, Pakenham VIC 3810.
If you need to be picked up at the train station, please arrange that with me before the day.
I will drop you back to your car at 5pm.
