About

ABOUT THE TALK:
Join internationally renowned Teacher Gen Kelsang Rabten at the SMC Conference Centre in the heart of Sydney CBD for a special public talk on the power of mindfulness.

Buddha explained that our mind is the most powerful object in the universe. By harnessing the power of our mind we can overcome negative thinking, maintain a happy mind in the midst of busy daily life and stay focused on the things that matter to us the most.

At this public talk, open to everyone, Gen Rabten will explain how to:

• Transform your life through the ancient art of mindfulness
• Stay calm and stress-free in every situation
• Pacify negative emotions and enjoy mental peace
• Use positive thinking techniques to get the most out of all your experiences

Everybody is welcome to join this special event. This talk is going to be a great introduction for those who are new to Buddhist teachings and will give you the tools and insights you need to experience the power of mindfulness in your daily life right now.
