Anxiety is becoming more common in children and it is not unusual for each classroom to have several students displaying moderate to severe symptoms.

Participants at this workshop will walk away with an understanding of:
- How the brain operates when it's anxious
- How that impacts on learning
- Several simple strategies to assist anxious children return to calm

This workshop is presented by Karen Easter (BA, Dip Clin Hypnotherapy, Grad Dip Psych. Master Practitioner NLP) who supports children and adults impacted by anxiety and trauma.

This workshop is designed for all educators.
